Stock grips suck. Gotta customize/optimize points of contact and control on the bike for the best experience. Spending what you did on rearsets and using stock grips is like going out in 15 degree weather in a Carhart insulated blizzard suit wearing flip-flops!

but how comfortable are those grips...
There is no comfort what so ever, they are only made for looks.
And they get cold as he11 in the winter and hotter than he11 in the summer. Thats the price you pay to bling.
I would trade them in a heartbeat for rizomas!!!
The main reason these little Rizoma babies have not been ordered is because you can't use the throttlemiesters with them.
Me like to lock the throttle up sometimes. They look better with gray painted in the grooves.

Falkner Livingston uses these very grips on all of their Big Land Speed Bikes (Hayabusa/ZX-14). They are a tad shorter than OEM which may not allow for them to contact the throttlemiester hold point, so I don't think so. They really praise the grip and reduction in vibration at 190+ speeds. So they should rock on the street.

GPW, will the blue/grey version of the spider grips match my 06s blue/grey exterior? And if so, are you able to get them yet, as all you have mentioned are the grey/black and black/black grips. If not, then its definatly black/black for me.
I am definatly interested in these, as my stock grips (as you all know lol) suck. They are definatly too hard.

i really like the rizoma's i was going to get them unitl i found but you can not use the throttlemiester . still a beautful grip.
