Pics as promised

those levers short or long? Nice bike and who said you couldn't do 100K on a Busa you're well on your way! Wardie

WOW just amazing, could you share with us any problems you had or any major services during your 50,000miles ??

No major problems. Just normal wear and tear like cush drive, fork seals, new chain after 20,000+ miles. Otherwise, just followed the scheduled maintenance. Not sure if you saw my other thread but in case you missed it, she's not even two years old yet. She will turn 2 on the 27th of next month. Forgot to mention that I also got the sprockets replaced together with the chain. I think it was done at like 27,000 miles.

Those are long ones. Not sure how comfortable the short ones are if I ever get caught in traffic so I decided to get the long ones.

That's my goal, Wardie. To put 100,000 miles on her in 3 years. I'll try.

Now that's a man who loves to ride his Busa

... and what man or woman here doesn't. ???

You got it right, bud. I love my Busa so much that's why she looks like new and with high mileage. I can't get enough of her.

Sleeper_Red,

Was the rest stop on I68 the one where they blasted the top of the hill away to expose a syncline and built a geology exhibit? I used to make a weekly trip from south of Pittsburgh to Hagerstown on my 1200S Sportster on I68. Great road for an interstate....light traffic, good scenery, few cops. It's even more fun on the 'busa, expecially ripping through the sycline in excess of the speed limit and one gear too low.

Nice pics of a beauty of a bike! Being you've done some serious riding, I'd like to know your tire preferences. I notice a Storm (Avon?) up front. I know MD is different from FL, but we get serious rain here (inches in a hour). Thanks.
