very cool bag indeed! though looks a bit flimsy

it is a little flimsy when fully expanded. Seems to hold up great so far, though. Was out riding today for a few hours and threw a couple water bottles, wallet, and cell phone in there and it was awesome. It was so convenient when i would stop to take a break, just unzip it in a few seconds and i can toss multiple things in it no problem. I have already tested it picking up a 6 pack of longnecks a couple times

You need to remove the back seat, which takes all of 5 seconds. Then the FastPack comes off/on with a few velcro straps, which takes less than a minute. But you don't really need to remove it, since you can zip it down and carry a passenger on it.
