Is this correct? ,,,,,, green chili's ** 8 small cans diced or more!

Just want to be sure, as that seems like a lot.

Yes, 8 small cans. They are 4-4.5 oz each.

I forgot one small step in the whole mix
Half way thru cooking, dissolve 3-4 tblsp of corn starch or flour in Warm water and add to the mix. It will thicken things up a bit and not be so soupy.
I have edited my recipe above accordingly.

Hey I found my references to "oregano" in mexican cooking.. thought I was losing it there..

Guess it is very common in Greek, Turkish and Mexican cooking
