I finally got the exhaust made and installed. It is two pieces of 2.5 in aluminum pipe with a 7.25 in piece of 1.75 in expanded on one end to fit the inside diameter of the 2.5. I think it sound awesome. here are some pics and I have a sound clip but I dont know how to post them if someone will...
