Pitbikes / minibikes

I find very mini bikes / pitbikes very useful in improving rising riding skills. Small bikes, lower speed make the learning curve steeper. Also mistakes are cheaper and less painful.
It can only be done during winter inside carting tracks.
I had a chance to participate in few training events and always find them very exciting and fun. The learned habits and techniques are also applicable on bike bikes on the road - not especially for knee dragging but for safe bike control.
What is your experience with this (or else) kind of trainings?

Below few pics and the link to recent indoor session.

Yup.
Kayo minigp - that is the bike on 2nd picture (outdoor) with removed fairings. The power 12-17hbp and weight of 70kg is good enough on narrow track.
I remember these being sold for street use....I used to see one all the time...the guy had a YZ125 engine in it.....

All you'd see is his helmet over the hood of a car...
