Man that pisses me off reading this story, there really isnt any difference in the powertrain of the Australian Busa and the US version, theyre made in Japan!
Hey I live here in Hawaii and just bought my busa, try looking for a used one. Or just get a used one off of ebay if you cant keep the aussie one.
Theres always someone letting their busa go for a decent price. And when you get it, run open header just to spite the lack of an emmission law and all the turmoil that youve been through!

This is just the typical bullsh1t yo have to go through to get what should be easy accomplished in our government . Doesnt anyone here know someone high enough in the government to pull some strings for this guy . I realize that is the only way to get things done illegally or to know someone otherwise you are just a poor guy with not enough money to get a lawyer so you can understand properly the beauricratic bullsh1t that goes on .
