Please help!

Well I have the PCIIIusb now and I am trying to load a map that I got from a board member here. I have 9volt battery hooked up to it, but it still wont load it. Does the map have to be saved in a certain file? I have 2 maps and neither one will transfer from the program to the PCIII. Anyone have any ideas?

When you plug the battery into the PC does it light up...
I thought I had a problem with mine at first because of this...
The battery was not plugged in good enough...
Once I figured it out the PC lights came on and it let me load the map from the computer...

+ 1,I always have my maps either on my desktop or on a disk.

I feel kinda stupid now. I had a low battery, but I also did not push hard enough on the usb cord to the PCIII so it works now. Thanks for all your help anyways!

Don't feel to bad. It was my Wife who figured it out for me. I was so pissed after several triesI was about to smash the PCIIIUSB on the floor. And then Linda said to check the battery and or the connection. I pushed the connector for the battery in a little harder and then the Led's lit up and I was able to send the map.
Man I love my Wife. You canot imagine how often the saves me from myself...
By the way, try both maps...
I cannot remember which one is the better one...
