Please recommend a billet sprocket cover

Read on here of a few people who recently had their chain give. I maintain and clean my chain but still this doesn't look like something to chance. And i DID put in heavy duty clutch springs last year and read in a seperate post on here how that can add stress the stock cover isn't meant to deal with.

Bottom line i'll feel a bit better with something a bit sterner then what is on the bike now. So whats the recommended choice for billet sprocket covers? Busa will be getting piped this season and no the power increase won't be huge but still, I want to play things safe. Thanks again.

im waiting on canadian mike myself hes very busy with swing arms right now

I don't make nor offer them anymore. If someone could get enough commitment together, I could contact a friend and outsource them at cost to you guys for about...well under $100 unit. But that would need to be atleast 50 units and probably a month lead time. Everyone is swamped around here.

Damn Gary that would be cool if 50 people would commit I know I would be in as well. Under $100 is allot better than the others for sure

The one I have from Gary is a very nice piece,I've broke about 8 chains,so it works.

I told her you wrote that and she laughed. She runs the machine but I still have to set it up. I only have one mill now so they would take longer than they did in the past.

I have a quote from down the street from me for $85/unit/50 units + about $2 in bolts. Pretty sure I can get this beat with a little haggling and the tiniest bit of efforts. I know of another shop....they do excellant work but I would need to stay on them to meet a deadline. MIGHT be able to get them done in 10 quantities for under $100. I'll stop by Wednesday and see.
