What's the weight on that one racer V?

Empty, it's about 13000 lbs and yes my Dodge pulls it fine at roughly 500 HP and 750 lbs of torque.

They have some good torqey 6 cyl's

I have a powerstroke. It's pushing about 550HP.

It reads 616HP, but that's a little high.
