I looked around to get mine anodized, but because they are cast alumninum its not possible. I ended up replacing my rear sets to Billet aluminum and had them anodized.
I got the pillion set powder coated so they can definitely be done. Satin Black is the perfect colour and they came out perfectly. Also got the rear pegs done afterwards and put in Gold screws which came from Pro-Bolts.com. I will post some pics for you shortly with the gold screws in the pillion pegs.
With the riders rear sets im not sure if you can powder coat with the rubber bearings in them. I purchased new bearing ($150.00) from Suzuki for mine and was going to have the originals pressed out. This was all done before I found out I couldn't anodize cast aluminum
WOW that is one nice looking bike. I thought about getting the gold front set like you have but just have not decided yet. Still looking to be different I guess. Maybe I can find some photo shop and play around with the colors and see what I really want. Thanks for sharing your ideas
I got my front and rear sets and exhaust powder coated black I am very happy and it only took about a day or two. I bought the FP levers in blue. They match pretty well. I will not be changing my gold rims either. Good luck and post up pics when you get it done.
