Power Commander question

I just got an 02 Busa with with a 4 into 1 Muzzy pipe. The bike has a power commander on it. If I take the Muzzy pipe off and put stock cans back on will I have to reprogram the power commander or will it still work? Sorry for the newbie question.

Also I am willing to sell the Muzzy pipe or work out some kind of trade for stock cans if anyone is interested. Let me know. Thanks.

If you put the stock headers and cans back on, you can get rid of the PC

Yes, you will most likely need a new map for stock cans, as it was probably tuned for the Muzzy system.

Is that the only mod? If it is, then definitely can just lve PC off. If you have other engine mods, you will just need to get new map, or have it tuned, OR just get rid of it all and have the ECU flashed.

Bike is stock except fpr the Muzzy and PC. Looks like if I take the Muzzy off them I will take the PC off as well.

Greg do you mind if I ask why you want to go back to the stock pipes? You have a nice system there brother ???
