Prayers Needed......

Oh my word Mike, I am so sorry to hear this. I will keep your brother, you and your family in my prayers.

I am here if you need anything.

done ... hope he gets better soon and they catch the idiot responsible

Prayers sent, may God comfort your entire family and hold your brother in his hand to see him though to recovery.

wow....prayers sent. That is right where I work at. This is the first that I have heard of it.

Thanks for all the support. And never under estimate the power of prayer from the oRg. I just got off of the phone with my family. Here's an update. They talked to the doctor and got the results of the third CT scsn, the swelling of his brain is going down and he slowly during the day started to open his eyes. They cut down on the seditives and he woke up enough to be able to say his name (first and last) and respond to basic commands. They have since removed the breathing tubes and eased up more on the seditives so he should be able to respond to people a little better tomorrow.

I can't thank the oRg. enough for all the support you all give. You don't know how soothing it is to read all the well wishes. I will be sure to print this post and send it to him and his son so they can see who the people of the oRg. are and how you all resopnd in times of need.
Thank You,
Hayadooin (Mike)

Oh Mike,

I'm so glad to read this positive news. The human brain is very good at healing itself and I am praying that the news continues to be good.

Thank you for your well wishes and prayers Lisa. I am anxiously waiting for tomorrow to come. I hope to hear better news at that time......

What a small world, the truck driver lives about 8 miles from me.

I wish your brother well - hopefully the person that caused this is caught and ticketed/jailed for it.

Mike, prayers have been sent to you and your family.

It is hard to see someone you know with head trauma. I was at Harbor View every 2 to 3 days when BentValve had his crash because he has no family around this area. He doesn't remember it because he was in a coma for the first few days. I would go in and give tell him things to motivate him to get better. One of his nurses said it may have been the reason he woke up so soon.

Good luck to your brother. I hope he makes a fast recovery.
