I bought an 04 new last year from http://www.hondaeasttoledo.com and paid $9265 OTD then Taxes back in VA.  It's worth it trying to get quotes from dealers on the internet.  You can send quotes to all dealers in any state at http://www.powersportsnetwork.com.  Shipping from Honda East is like $300 or you can go up there if you don't mind the drive to trailer it back.  The dealer was really cool, I highly recommend them.  Good luck.
