Question on Gen 2 busa Limp Mode

Haha

The test ride was positive. Can roar with alot of power. But bog again after 100miles. I guess carb cleaner unable to resolve the issue. I will replace the strainer.

Side note @Dustin02 was the GOAT to the issue! He mention part 12 in the very first of my thread 3 months back. I thought using a air gun back purge would have solve the issue. Now with carb cleaner also useless. I guess I really under estimate this small little strainer screen and the suction paper filter can do.

In my understanding, paper filter should have and capture the most fine carbon.
Had the issue in my 2008 B-king which uses the same type of filter. Sometimes you just have to bite the bullet and pay for new items...

Glad you were able to get this sorted. Unfortunately, it cost quite a bit of money and downtime...

Thanks @Dustin02

Yea I just didn't expect it to be this bad. It really beaten the logic on my understanding of filters.

I was still very sad where I had spend nearly 2k and the bike performance was worst then what it was. It did create some stress for me as it did over reach with my knowledge on mechanical and electrical.

Finally. Again out of desperate move. I manage to find out the issue. Hope my busa will be a good boy after all these month of hardworking and money spend!

Brother, with all the work that you did on that thing, you should be able to put 100k miles on that thing without any issues. Just keep the fuel system clean when in storage.

So I assume the secondary throttle plates reset to the correct position, and are functioning properly now as well?
Yes

Thanks to @Dennis for the data.

I originally thinks the secondary valve never open hence causing suffocate. Because my rpm can only reach 4k and 4k was the border for the secondary to open.

The 3D printing works!
