guys?
If you ever think you need a Qs better not to buy it.
the only exception is probably the
qs from tellert.
motor vehicle master jan stecher, located near hamburg, germany, has already installed it dozens of times on a wide variety of motorcycles with apparently good success and without any damage to the respective transmission.
even with an ancient suzuki gs 750 from arround 1985 or so.
(he demonstrates the function in
this youtube video at the gs 750 on his own test bench when upshifting without taking off / releasing (?) the throttle)
Please note that it is best to use the qs from 2nd gear and up in order to protect the 2nd gear and its docks.
from direct experience with a ´01er busa, i can say that incorrect use and/or wrong justage of the qs leads to damage to the gearbox, which then has to be repaired at a horrendous amount of money.
i can personally recommend a qs for the busa only for the race track only and for gears 3-6 to eventually save 5/100 of a second.
the current transmission damage is one of 3 in the last two years.
