When I was 18 I could haul hazmat with only a chauffer's license.

some changes are a good thing!!!

I'm not kidding, I remember being 18, hauling 10,000+ lbs of flammables in a box truck, with REGULAR BRAKES (before air brakes)....sometimes I wonder how I didn't kill myself and others....

Here where I live they don't go in order. It's kinda what you are there for. I have been there and sat for hrs with a few people but then again got out pretty quick with it being packed. I guess its all in what you need

Renewed my class A cdl here in VA a couple months ago, similiar law change here too. The dmv now makes you renew your medical card before they'll renew your cdl(regardless at what point of your medical card's 2 year life you are in).
Oh, and they raised the renewal fee, big shock.
But I was in and out of the dmv in under 10 minutes
