I've been to only one dealer in Houston that acts like they care if you're even there, and that's where I bought my busa.
When I was brand shopping, everybody acted like they couldn't give a flying F if I walked out without anyone asking me if I needed anything. They just ignore you. Now that I'm shopping for accessories, it's the same thing. Unresponsive parts counter people. Guy's that say they'll call you back and never do. Three days to return a one sentence response to your emailed questions.

What gives?

Do I expect too much?
Is that industry given to a lessened customer service philosophy?
 
The dealer I got my busa from was exactly like that. The sales guy never even told me anything about the bike. It's a good thing that dealership is 45 miles away because I'm never going back there again. I have a local dealer that is about 10 miles from my home if I need anything... but I didn't get my busa from them because they didn't have any.
 
if you're looking for a good place to go, then go to Motorcycles Unlimited. its just a bit down FM1960 on the right, off of I45. no sense in driving all the way to houston. talk to patrick, he'll get you what you need.
