Rear pads changed Gen3

 Fairly straight foward. Just realized rear is Tokico and not Brembo. 3700 miles and a little under half used. FA419HH from EBC. There's only two fasteners to remove to complete this task. One 10mm bolt and one 5mm allen bolt. Took all of 10 minutes.

I took mine off my gen 2, serviced them last weekend and it took all of 20 minutes as I took the time to clean all the little crevices...

Did you replace or just lube the pins and clean everything?

I just cleaned and lubed as I replaced the pads in April

They look near enough brand new,are you sure they are 50% after such low mileage

The new ones are 6.2 mm thick. Old ones are 4.1mm. Recommend to replace at 2mm so yes half of the pads life are gone

Also I have front pads on the way as well. These came in first. The front pads are under 3mm so yea

Honestly these days I mainly use my rear brake for low speed parking lot type speeds, steep declines or the downhill 90 degree plus right handers it seems.

Rear brakes are automatically used on the 2022 from my understanding.

Yea they recommend 2mm change of pads. My fronts are about 2.7mm I am waiting on new pads to come by Tues.
