Rear Wheel looks wrong

The are TRS Ti, they come with the Hayabusa wording and emblem on them from the factory...

The car cover came from VW with a clear plastic view area for the plate, I figure there are some parking areas which like to verify tag belongs to the parking slot, maybe a paid parking lot or garage, this way they can see the tag. The plastic gave out after washing the cover... That's my guess.
