the fuse is built into the male connector. had it like that for 3 yrs and no problems...knock on wood

Ok I'll start with the little stuff here.
1)I made the switch mount for the heated grips out of Some "road sign" grade Aluminum plate I had laying around.
2)After I did the Genmar riser I hated the gaping holes it left above the adjusters. So I made some plugs out of Nickel Chair sliders (the ones with nails in em) and a little silicone sealant. Turned out really clean actually.

Then the bigger stuff. I didn't have the coin to buy a work stand so I made one out of wood. it is hinged in the middle and all of the legs bolt on with 1/2" bolts (eye bolts in front for tie downs) so the whole thing will break down into a 2'x4'x8" block sans ramp.Finally I fabbed up a wheel chock for the front of it (more road sign grade aluminum here) that bolts on with wing nuts. I even painted it with some copper spray paint I had to match my bike! Grand total for the whole stand was about $50 hardware and all.

same thing has been done to gas tank only whoever done was an idiot and cannot weld but i know now y it was done that way thanks i been trying to figure that out for a month
