the same rinsing i would recommend for the entire water circuit with simple distilled, demineralized water - around every 3rd or 4th "water" replacement
or
if you have no clue what kind of glycol the pre-owner filled in - the mixing of different glycol is dangerous 4 the engine
because mixing different glycols can very quickly lead to the glycol clumping and thus clogging the circulation. an engine failure (broken head gasket) would be the direct consequence.
