WOW!!! is all I can say it had more rides then Disney soooo much food ! Took us a hour and a half to walk the place ..ok we walked 3/4th of the place too much for me.

I can't believe I ate a deep fried Twinkie and deep fried Oreo's my stomach is gonna hate me...they had Deep fried EVERYTHING !!! even Butter 
:learn: i lost 400 bucks one time to a carnie....stupid knock over the bowling pin with a bowling ball on a pendulum game...oohhh it was only a penny to play but you had to knock it over 10 times in a row...if not...double. to keep going....prize was the biggest thing they had there!!
Wait? what? Red velvet funnel cakes? I've never heard of such but now I want one!

Butter is deep frozen and battered.
They only fried it for like 5-10 seconds same as ice cream.
That same fair was just here in West Palm. Kids and I had a ton-o-fun!
My only complaint is how durn expensive it's gotten over the years.
I had to buy a $30 wrist band for each kid to ride rides as well as buy a ticket for their entry. Then when we went to pick up the wrist bands they charged me another $10 for each one. That and the $12 prime rib sandwich I had and things got a bit out of hand. I also missed Kansas cuz I had to work late
