Resizing your pictures

Am I missing something? How did an unregistered guest post something?

I don't get the little drop down window you were talking about . If i'm on AOL does that change it?

no problem just passing it on.  One other great feature is that you can resize more then one picture at a time.  Just highlight all the pictures you want to resize and go with it.  it will sort them all out the same way it will do one.

Running Linux here so can't use microsoft stuff. I use "the gimp" its multi platform so works in Linux, windows and mac I think. It's very powerfull and its FREE so anyone can get it from www.gimp.org/ just open an image, convert it to jpg format if its not that type already. Click on image-rescale and make it 400x300 (you may need to click the little chain "link" symbol depending on its previous aspect ratio) and then save it to your desktop (or wherever)
