So don't over look the GS positions if you can find something you enjoy... Double retirement at 60 is pretty damn good way to go.

I did 10 years - 5 active - 5 active reserves.
Haze gray and underway. Here's my last WestPac cruise Battlegroup.
1996 - USS California CGN-36 - the lead ship in the pack.

Enjoy your retirement from the military, and prepare to get a job.

FYI < I also agree, you should REALLY consider GS positions.
