.......I'm sorry to hear another "CAGE" wasn't paying attention !!

Nellis and Harris. By the Wendy's, Thai's Kitchen, Bank of America and Well's Fargo on the corners.

The cop sited the driver for being in the wrong for not yeilding to the right of way traffic and sited the rider for not having his headlight on. I dont know if he had it on or not. There were a few people walking by that said they saw the whole thing but I have a feeling they said that and collaborated their story with te driver. They were all mexican (not being a racist or anything) and the 2 witnesses and the driver were speaking spanish with the driver and translated her story for the cop. The 2 witnesses had the same exact story as the driver. Almost word for word. So I believe the witnesses were protecting the driver. IMO and my Wifes opinion.
