yeah that hid kit is the sheot just be ready to be yelled at by cagers mistakin it for a high beam (almost threw fists with a punk in a miata last weekend) biggrin.gif

24/7 is when i ride day \ night dont matter.. aint no deer in the city. i guess if i was in the country and had to worry about deer it would be a dif. story.

Love to ride at night and in North Carolina, deer are a constant thing on my mind. I do slow down drastically, and have had a close call with not just deer, dogs, cats, possums (they will actually not move even if you stop). I have noticed that the 2004 light does not shine out as far as my 2003 did. I have adjusted the light every way possible but nothing seems to work, so I run my high beam all the time, and just hug the outside line when a cage is coming at me. If the light is to bright for them ol well, they have 2 lights, I have only one.

..it's "Love to sneak around in the dark" for me..

I get back from Sat's & Sundays VERY late at night, so there is nothin' but the minimum cagers traffic on the streets - plus I tend to "absorb" every bit of daytime at my excursions.. smile.gif

On weekdays, when I go out at night it's also for at least 40-100km trips AND back, so I guess this busa justifies as a "night creature" right?.. smile.gif

The busa lights suck XXL though! sad.gif ..anyone with an HID that would part with? (..btw BS, did you install yours already? any pics?..)

I love sneaking around in the dark. Not to many cagers to worry about, but plenty of "bambis" to watch out for. I guess that's the price ya gotta pay for living in the sticks.

It's also a neccessity since I leave for work at 3:30am.

I have been riding 37 miles home each night since the end of August.
Thru repeated test, 90 mph is the top speed at night to not out ride your headlight.

Riding in a group at night is fine, riding alone I just can't see the road as well as I'd like. wink.gif

I don't mind riding at night. In fact I love a warm summer nights ride!!! It's too cold now but that and the rain is the only thing that keeps me off my bike.

.. I ride all the time @ nite ..then agian all the time in the day .. < my cars down > ..but then again the only deer ( 1 ) see's around here is @ the Zoo .. or sum plastic Reindeer on someone's lawn during ... this time of the Yr. << saw 1 tonite>> that or a National Geographic .. biggrin.gif

I'll ride in town but in the country too many bugs around here, then we got a lot of big critters that are in the road too.
