Riding Jeans

GNBRETT - Have you seen how well the Rokker's did at an accident scene? And have you've seen if the other kevlar lined jeans held up to real world conditions? I'm wondering if that Schoeller-Dynatec lining of the Rokker's is what sets them apart and holds them together.
have never seen anyone wearing them that has crashed. I have seen those who wear Kevlar or similar material crash and a couple did their job but others just shredded. the ones that did their job were really low speed falls like 20 mph but they were still chewed up and the guy still had road rash but not too bad. the others were prob closer to 50 or 60 mph and I cringed wen I seem their legs. not a pretty site! denim just doesn't hold up well at all unless the whole thing is lined.

I get why ppl wudnt want to wear em. their definitely expensive and they are hotter to wear but no hotter then leathers are. nothing is gonna compere to leathers but I go places on my bike and meet up with people including chics so the leather thing just doesn't work for me. it does for others tho. two each his own I guess.

Here's a guy that filled a pair full of sand and drug them behind his truck.

I crash tested a pair of draggin jeans when I lowsided. Didn't have but a small dime size scratch on my knee from a 65 mph lowside.

I just ordered a pair of utility jeans from dragginjean.com. Since they are a looser fit there is kevlar all the way around the knee area instead of just the front half.
