Road trip to NC and TN

Sorry about the weather, but it sounds like you guys made the most of it

that we did.  it was a trip with no reservations or set schedule.

one thing that i forgot to comment on about the parkway. while the parkway is a nice ride with good pavement and nice turns, but the most fun was had on a couple of the roads going off the mountain. the 2 that we enjoyed the most were: Bona Vista, and Natural Bridge. 55MPH, and lots of turns. some are even banked.
we ran Bonna Vista a couple of time...just because we were there, and the fact that the Tired Feet Cafe has good food and great deserts.
