I was looking over some of the past results and it looks like not to many Harleys come out to play....... as long as I can get a head start I should be ok...... KevinYes you can race both classes, thats what I always do run both street ET and pro ET. Rockingham is also a faster track I usually run 1-1.5 tenths faster at both MIR and the Rock than I do at my local tracks. Come on out and have a great time with all of us.

What is the deal with Friday night - I noticed that they had an MIROCK test and tune (for $50 - Ouch!) Fri from 10: to 5:00. Then the track has their usual test and tune? Do you get to pay again - and what exactly is pure glod? ... KSP
Pure Gold is a GENTLEMAN'S CLUB.......youshould only have to pa test and tune once your in the track.

I only saw one person from the board and it was kspz3 but he was getting ready to make a run and I didn't want to bother him before his pass and I didn't see him again ( that Vrod did look nice with all the sheetmetal chromed). It was a great time though and was packed. I spoke with Lee Shierts and Boo Brown a couple times, got to meet Jeff Nordeen ( turbo outlaw), Angie McBride (outlaw). Saw Keith "shine" Dennis in action against Keith Thompson and Lee run Swerve ( Lee red lit but had him coved and pulled him the whole way). To bad it rained it out today but all in all it was a good weekend of racing action.
Blue Streak - You should have said hello..... I was a bit lonely out there - although I hung out with a fellow from Florida most of the weekend on a hot Busa - I made my best pass with a 10.94 on Friday, but the VRod was misbehaving on Sat....... having some shifting issues - a bug I need to work out this winter. The pro classes just absolutely amazed me - way to fast for my blood - I have decided 2 cylinders is about all I can manage - so the only way I would ride one of those things is if you pulled a couple of spark plugs out - amazing times - in the sevens for 60", heavey hitters and the outlaw at 7.12........ what's the hurry - how does amaprostar events compare with MIRock. Kevin
