I saw them a long time ago on the Discovery Channel.  A guy here tested his products and they didn't work.  They ranged from a radar jammer to a radar absorbing bra. The owner of the company said he wasn't testing the product correctly, but wouldn't come and show what was being done wrong.  I didn't know he was still around!  It was around 1991 when all this happened. The Discovery Channel filmed their segment in Highlands Ranch near where I worked at the time.
