"S" ON THE TANK

i just went out and took mine off!

my 05.....the 'S' peels away easily....no need for anything more than a good wax afterwards.
I got a "chrome" decal kit off eBay and used part of it here:

I left mine on due to the color scheme (black/grey). Had I gotten one of those slower colors, I may have had to take it off.

I like the "S". I personally think it looks a LOT better than the whole name spelled out. They already did that twice front and rear. Why put it on the tank too? The "S" is subtle, simple and Chrome. I like it.
