well ya would think so but im beting there is some way around it because the cash was seting there waiting(well not really) and he wouldnt pick it up your guess is as good as mine
You guys may enjoy this: One of the members on the Pontiac board I frequent has started a group of spam-baiters. He reverse scams them, messes up their email accounts, does all kinds of fun stuff. He's got a lot of tips on how to avoid them, and he loves playing with them. id_gunnut, you'd probably have fun in his group.

Very easy way.... This is counterfit web escrow.. not a real one....well ya would think so but im beting there is some way around it because the cash was seting there waiting(well not really) and he wouldnt pick it up your guess is as good as mine
