Seat tightening torque

I've never tightened those more than snug. Spin it in with the long end of an allen wrench then snug it holding the short end. Turn the wrench around and give it a crick more holding the long end for leverage. Just snug. They never came loose on my bike.

On a lighter note, my friend lost a bolt on his 1k on sunday.
Lower front brake mount/clamp bolt, he pulled the brakes at 144, and the lever was a little sloppy.
I go over the bike regularly with a torque wrench too, but I just added a few things to the pre-flight checklist.

Anymore I put anti-seize on every fasterner that doesn't require thread-locker.
Keep in mind that torque value needs adjusted, and it's usually 10% less for ss fasteners.
Regardless, anti-seize not only helps threads last, especially on fasteners that may be removed and replaced often(like a seat), but it also works like a low strength thread locker, and it helps prevent fasteners from vibrating loose.

What's the worst that can happen?
Is the seat gonna blow out from under your ass?

Oh, and fwiw
Yes, I AM the dumbass that has had the seat blow off going down the road.
Bolts out, working on whatever, test ride, then a stand-up wheelie felt good...then it felt weird when I sat down, lower...only to realize that my seat blew off, lol.
Fortunately a half mile back in the ditch with no damage.
So yeah, you kinda Do need the seat bolts.
