Setting Up Busa for Touring - need suggestions

Don't lower the bike if you are riding two-up. It will respond more sluggish, and you will loose way too much cornering clearance if it is ever needed. Think emergency avoidance, not knee dragging.

It will never be as comfy as an FJR. I know because I sold my 07 FJR for an 08 Busa. I missed it so much I bought an 08 FJR to go with my 08 Busa.

You seem to be leaning towards soft bags for the rear, if so, most work great. I've been using RKA Saddlebags for years now running the the tour co. Also a lot of fans of the Ventura Pack here as you are riding two-up and will need room for your passengers legs.
