I'm a young gazelle like figure of 5ft 8ins tall, 16 stone ( whats that in pounds )????
well, has anyone any suggestions as to what settings are best for our dear lady beast to gain maximum heart throb from your suspension? GOD I LOVE THIS MACHINE!!!!!!!

A stone is 14 pounds, so you weigh 224 pounds.

Not very gazelle-like, unless the gazelles you are referring to are very large.
