Not really... I have changed the things that I really didn't like right away, now I'm working on the things that I think would just look better. I don't care for the tail as much as the previous years but for aerodynamic reasons I'm not changing it.
I liked it when I first saw it. Love the way they intergrated the turn signals into the body. The LED tail lights

I met up with some guys yesterday and a few made the same comment that they did not like the new tail end. I was like, well, I actually like it better than the old one. However, the whole bike actually had to grow on me. I was always a Gixxer fan, not a Busa fan. Unfortunately I am a big guys so the Busa is a better fit. Now that I have one, I would never change, but I still think the new tail end looks better, mainly cause of the turn signals. I don't like those old ones that stuck out underneath.

I think the main thing that made me dislike the back-end initially was the stock pipes. I always said looking at it straight on from the back looks like an alien.

I read that Kawasaki cruised the internet and changed the instruments on one of the ZX10's as direct result of the owners and prospective buyers knocking it .
Whether true or not , maybe Suzuki will read and gather enough info and make a change come 2009 and if not , i bought my very last Busa in 2007 .

+1The more I stare at her rear, the more I love it. When people diss her backend, I get really defensive. Suzuki did a brilliant job. Just plain awesome this bike is!

Looks like a praying mantis to me from the back. From the side it looks sleek and sinister!
Another thing I love about the Gen II is the instrument panel and how everything is closed in. My neighbor has an 07 R1 and it looks so plain and wires and stuff hanging. Real messy looking. I know its more of a race bike, but I just like the luxury and the fit and trim of the bike. I am obsessed with her!
