Yep. I have been thinking of taking them off. They do stick out a bit. The exhaust is tucked behind the passenger pegs so I don't really need them anymore.

The frame sliders on this bike are the Infamous No Cut sliders made by Bike Design Benelux. While some on this board doubt their suitabiilty of purpose I am happy with them. There is an actual thread where many folks actually debated about their placement the hardware used 1 inch this way 1 inch that way etc. etc. etc. I'd rather that not happen on this thread so here is a and here is a . The debate doesn't actually start until well into the thread. And Finally here is a .

For those of you pointing out the Rear Sliders need to go ..... Your RIGHT! It often takes a fresh set of eyes to see what is obvious. Truly ... Thanks! They will probably be removed by week's end.

Yes it was! It was one of those Home depot Specials that was made from 4X4 Pressure treated posts sunk 4 feet into the ground and cemented into place.
