The best I've run is 1:15.xxx But I can run pretty consistent 1:16 - 1:17. I start pushing the front through 2, 3 and 9 if I try to run any faster than that. It's comfortable to run a 1:18 or so pace... anything faster and it becomes alot of "work" and the bike starts to feel "loose". I know it's not "super ricky racer fast" times, but considering the bike I'm on, I get many nods of respect
