Wanna get down to 145 and then go back to the gym and get up to about 200. I've been there, but that was before my accident and subsequent back surgery

So getting back on track, I've looked for a couple hours and this is the only pic I could find that had a "close" shot of my other arm. Dont have pix of the insides of my arm or the other ones that are covered by clothes. Pic is a little over 2 years ago
