Show us your Gen 3 best picture

I just figured it out. I had a silver 2002 Blackbird and I loved that thing more than any bike I had owned prior, which was a lot. I always liked the Hayabusa but it never really gave me "the fizz" iykyk until the Gen3 came out. When I saw the Gray/Red one at my local dealer I had to have it. I was there to buy a 2014 VFR (I had a 1998 VFR before) until I saw that Busa and it was marked down to $15,300. I say all that to say this. From this angle the "beak" of the Gen looks JUST LIKE my old Blackbird. it's crazy how our subconscious picks up on things we don't notice until much later.

Those are the best pictures, you need to retake that annually, for as long as you have that Busa or any bike...as you know it won't take long for him to look nothing like he does now...

You know that is an EXCELLENT idea! Thank you, I'm absolutely going to do that. That's him the day before on the FZ-10 I traded in on the Busa. He was really sad I was trading it he loved that bike but he came around pretty quick once I took him for a ride on the new bike.

He was probably hoping he was inheriting the FZ
Guaranteed he was....

My older boy used to love going for rides with me....of all the bikes I had he said the Bandit scared him the most because it would wheelie so easy under power....of course after I knew that...........it was under power a lot when he was with me...

None of my GSXRs had rear seats or passenger foot pegs or I could have scared him on one of those....

If I could've kept it I would have. I do miss that bike. He'll be 16 in four years and he'll definitely be getting a bike. Just not one with 155whp and 85wtq. With the exhaust and the 2 Wheel Dyno Works tune I had she was a monster.

Glad that he will be on a bike in his future...some of those entry level 300s and 400s look pretty darned cool...

My older son enjoys riding and when he comes to visit in the summers, he trailers his bike and we ride together...it is pretty cool to be able to do that...

We rode dirt bikes together for years and years but being on the street feels different.

Did you intentionally color-coordinated your kid's Nikes with the bike? :p

The matte blue accents really looks sharp. I didn’t think of doing that combo but it really works. Suzuki should have made that color combo.
Thanks. The gold never sit well with me, though I guess I could have put gold wheels like @SS4Luck. It also fits because I am a Duke Blue Devils men's basketball fan.
