I wear a 10 and got a 44 in europe specs. and no issues!!!! Just need to wear them around the house some to help break them in!!!

Sam I wear a 10 1/2(would be 10 but I have wide feet). I picked up a pair of Vertigo Corsas in size 44. They fit great. If you can swing it, get the better models. They can be fully adjusted.

And by the way I love these things. The first time I used them was a 300 mile day. Had them on for 10 hours straight. No issues at all.

I have Sidis, I take a 9 UK in all shoes but had to get 9.5 in sidis and they are still fairly snug a year later. Great boot.

Exactly! I take a 10-1/2 I rodered 45 (11) and I could still use it a half size bigger!

I am a 11.5 in everything but needed a 48 due to the width of my foot and the extra room needed for my calf. I LOVE these boots!
