Thanks everyone, I still can't believe it's ours. I spent most if the day yesterday doing some painting and getting the granite picked up. Today I have a crew coming to finish painting, a couple buddies to help with the granite, the wife's new leather couches deliver, ceiling fans to install, and the wife wants to start moving beds so we can sleep there. Busy busy busy!!

Congrats. My dream is that my wife will earn enough for me to stay home and take care of two Busas and two dogs. Lol

Congrats on your situation and that new palace of yours. The bride might regret staying home after all when she has to clean that monster.

She's been a stay at home for 2-1/2 years now and this house is only 50sf bigger that. The one we've been renting so he's go it down pat :)

Congrats. I love that center island in the kitchen. Enjoy YOUR house.

It's pretty big, 6' long and the builder extended the top 8" off the back to make it a bar top. That wasn't enlighten for me.

Today we put the granite down and I extended the granite 12" on 3 sides so we can out bar stools all around. The last place we rented has a dining room and a eat in kitchen. The house doesn't have room of a breakfast table so we turned the island into one.

I remember when you moved to Houston from Arizona (I think-memory), you were going through a pretty rough time then.

Glad to see you have made it out the other side 2-1/2 years later and with your new house as well.

Party time.......
