Last weekend was Gettysburg bike weekend...
Personally....I live here and avoid it like the plague.
thousands of bikes roll into a town that normally sees 300-400 on a weekend.
Police are brought in from all over the state
traffic sucks.
I stay in my little town just south of Gettysburg....I ride only at night and only secluded back roads
spring (ie: early or pre june) the tourists are slim....the cops are still sleepy from winter but too early and our roads are crap.
I can probably arrange a deal at one of our local hotels around that time if people are interested.

looked like a faux snake skin to me...
