Got her a bit more tore down tonight found what might be a problem with the tranny posted a tread about it. But heres how it sits...

anyone have any experience with this ek chain.. not sure how old it is but i have to pull the chain to remove the swing arm... does anyone know where you can order new master links?

So i havnt posted on this thread in a while and figured i would give it a update. I just about have the forks finished all i have to do is add fluid and bleed them, calipers are tore apart and just need a little scrubbing and will be back together with the new pads and brake lines. Have to finish making the mini socket to get the shift shaft cover off so i can replace the seal and then put it back together and put the new sprocket back on and scuff down the clutch and stator cover and spray those.. as of tomorrow or the next day all of that should be done. Then to pull off the swingarm and start powdercoating everything. Dyno time is scheduled at Schnitz racing on july 6th and after its done everything gets painted just in time for me to get my license back on july 16th

and my pads that were caked with fork oil... YUMMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
