I put my DRZ400E project bike together!
Built the chassis up from scratch, every part was stripped, cleaned and reassembled, I rebuilt the shock and forks, replaced steering head bearings. Cleaned and greased the swingarm bearings and shock linkage bearings, new wheel bearings front and rear, rebuilt the brake calipers and fitted new pads etc.
next weekend the motor gets assembled and then I’ll be firing it and pulling wheelies up and down the street!!
Got a nice Keihin FCR39 flat slide pumper carb for it too!

We trained in complex shooting areas called kill houses...the ASAS guys would take the UK meteorological reports and shoot them up in these kill houses for us to find when we went through them...
We were supposed to be set, focused and serious going through these and we'd see these and get a chuckle...
