Its official, the house is sold, took a whopping 6 days! We got a little less than we wanted, but its a cash deal, so we are happy. Now we found the house we want, we will be making that offer tomorrow. If all goes well, we will be moving on April 16th, yes, the week before the Spring Bash. Did I mention life is hectic? Thanks for the positive prayers and thank you Lord for this wonderful blessing!

Sweet deal Rick! I got word today that the sellers accepted our contract, woot woot! Now we just have to let the 10 day back out time expire. My buyers have 10 days to back out for any reason, inspections are Friday, but everything should go smooth, everything is new! Now we wait!
