Sport Rider Ram-Air Test

I just got through reading the ram-air test in SR, and the article states that the Busa airbox pressure stays below ambient (which they state is zero) until the bike reaches 145mph. It looks to me like there is positive pressure from about 45-50mph on up.

Am I not reading the graph properly? Or should SR go back and reinterpret their own data?

What do you see?...

The black line is speed. I just made the same mistake. Yes there is positive pressure from 140 mph on up. This is certainly a good article and has generated lots of discussion in another thread. What bothers me is that their numbers seem very low for ALL the bikes. The article's point is that Ram air is not worth much. Next issue we'll see when they start measuring HP. Oct issue of Sport Rider in case anyone is wondering.

Note the steepness of the Busa speed graph. I assume all 4 bikes were at max acceleration during the test.
