sent out a couple of emails. just waiting for some reply's
ok, just spoke with reba and got things squared away. i now have cottage 202 booked for the 24th-28th.
thanks DNGrumpy for the heads up on the double booking. i would have been pretty bummed out had i called early 08 and found out that i dont have a room...

Just Called to reserve a room and Reba is going to be out until Wednesday so you can't make reservations until then. Do they require a deposit of any kind for the room this far out and how much if they do. I am there for this one already told the wife see you guys there.
She just took my credit card number to hold the room. What number did you call because the guy told me his wife was out of town and had all this written on a Paper please give me the number you call I want to call and reserve my room.
Phillips Motel, 828-479-3370, I just talked to her about 30 minutes ago. Just checked mapquest, 836.09 miles and 13 hours. Not sure if we are going to trailer or ride.
I called back Reba is out of Pocket until wednesday for reservations so I will call back on Wednesday see you guys in 2008
talked with most of the N.C. guys. bryan or myself will be reserve'n one of the cottages.
I called first thing and spoke with Mr. Reba??? (don"t know his name) and he told me to call when she was there, she handles all the Busa Bash stuff from now on so it doesn't get messed up. I think he might be the one that double booked 204... I caught her before she left...
