Were you and Juli staying at the Microtel?
Yes Ma'am. We didnt get to make arrangements until after the Phillips was booked. Not a big deal, I have my GPS and should be able to find my way back there after dark.
Hopefully no one will follow me.

I was trying to work on getting a group rate for those who are staying at the Microtel. Since the company was recently bought out by Hyatt they are unable to give such rates.
HOWEVER...... I was told by a VERY nice man at the Robbinsville Microtel that if you tell them you are calling to book reservations with the Hayabusa.ORG group they are going to make sure you receive their 10% riders discount.
Those of you who booked already, don't worry.....and don't call. Simply tell them upon check-in.
Hope this helps some of you that were undecided due to finances.
They have PLENTY of rooms left also......

tried in the expense share thread might as wel try here: I should most definitely have my truck by end of march. However, this will likely leave my funds depleted so I was hopin to find someone in need of splittin a room / costs of said room. I'm afraid fuel costs there, back, food, etc will be quite enough to occupy my walet so just lookin to find a way to attend. PM me if anyone has a solution

I forgot to mention that you should call the hotel directly....don't book through the 800# or you won't get the discount noted. You will only get it by calling them directly. Or I suppose you could just mention it upon check-in. Either way.

i AM EXCITED TO SAY THIS WILL BE MY FIRST BASH. it HAPPENS TO BE THAT THE GROUP i RIDE WITH HERE IN rICHMOND kENTUCKY IS COMING UP THE SAME WEEKEND AS THE BASH. tHIS WILL BE MY FIRST BASH, ALONG WITH THREE OTHER BUSA'S COMING UP WITH US,. LOOKING FORWARD TO NEETING YOU ALL, CAOUNTING DOWN THE DAYS
